These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ContentVoice.ai, a web application operated by Pure Inbound LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"), available at app.contentvoice.ai (the "Service"), and our marketing website at contentvoice.ai.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ContentVoice.ai is an AI-powered content creation platform. The Service allows you to:
- Complete a Voice Discovery process to document your brand voice
- Generate written content, hooks, and topic ideas using AI, guided by your documented Voice Profile
- Manage multiple voice profiles for different brands or clients
- Access generated content history
The Service uses artificial intelligence (large language models) to generate content. All content produced by the Service is AI-generated, informed by the voice profile data you provide. Content runs through our Voice Compliance Gate before delivery to remove generic AI patterns and apply your documented style.
2. Accounts
Creating an account
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@contentvoice.ai.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Plans and pricing
The Service offers subscription plans with different credit allowances and feature access. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Free trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial that includes 1,000 AI credits, 2 voice profiles, and 1 user seat. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, you may select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee.
Credit packs
You may purchase additional generation credits ("credit packs") as one-time purchases through the Billing page in your account Settings. Purchased credits expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, with unused credits rolling over for one additional billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings in your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods. Remaining monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing period. Purchased credit pack credits remain available and usable even after your subscription ends, until their individual expiration dates (365 days from purchase). You do not need an active subscription to use purchased credits.
Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions and credit packs are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary, refunds are prorated based on credits used, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge, and charges made in error are reviewed at any time regardless of the 30-day window. Plan changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Plan changes take effect immediately, with proration applied to your billing cycle. When downgrading, the price difference for the remaining period will be credited to your account.
4. Content ownership and usage rights
Your input
You retain full ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including your Voice Discovery answers, topic inputs, and any text you paste into the Service.
AI-generated output
Content generated by the Service using your voice profile is yours to use. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute AI-generated content for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, without attribution to ContentVoice.ai.
We do not claim ownership of content generated for you. However, because AI-generated content is produced by algorithms and may produce similar outputs for users with similar inputs, we cannot guarantee that generated content will be unique to you.
Our use of your data
We do not use your Voice Discovery answers, voice profiles, or generated content to train AI models. We do not share your content with other users. Your voice profile data is used solely to generate content for your account.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data (such as total generations per day, average credit usage) for internal analytics and service improvement. This data cannot be used to identify you or reconstruct your content.
Data isolation
Every account's data is isolated at the database level. No company can access another company's voice profiles, content, or usage data. ContentVoice.ai does not retain or share data between requests, and the AI providers behind the platform do not retain inputs or outputs between sessions either.
We use the same multi-tenant architecture that powers tools like Slack and HubSpot. For organizations with specific compliance requirements such as SOC 2 or HIPAA, we offer Enterprise plans with dedicated infrastructure options.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Generate content intended to deceive or defraud
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
- Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
- Resell access to the Service or its outputs as a competing service (generating content for clients using their voice profiles is permitted; reselling ContentVoice.ai accounts or API access is not)
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. AI-generated content disclaimer
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before publication. Specifically:
- Accuracy. AI-generated content may contain factual errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for fact-checking all generated content before publishing or distributing it.
- Originality. While the Service generates content informed by your unique voice profile, AI models draw on broad training data. Generated content may inadvertently resemble existing published work. We recommend reviewing content for originality before publication.
- Professional advice. AI-generated content does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Do not rely on generated content as a substitute for professional consultation.
- Quality variation. The quality and relevance of generated content may vary based on the specificity of your inputs, the completeness of your voice profile, and the inherent variability of AI outputs.
7. Service availability and modifications
Availability
We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Modifications
We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect your subscription value, we will provide reasonable notice. We will not remove core functionality (Voice Discovery, content generation, hook generation, topic ideas) without 60 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
8. Marketing website content
The content of our marketing website (contentvoice.ai), including pages such as Home, How It Works, Pricing, About, and Contact, is provided for informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this content accurate and current, we do not warrant that all information is free from errors. Specific pricing, features, and offers are governed by the terms in effect at the time you create or modify your account.
9. Intellectual property
Our property
The Service, including its design, interface, underlying technology, prompts, frameworks, and branding, is owned by Pure Inbound LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as intended.
Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve the Service. You are not obligated to provide feedback.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Pure Inbound LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Inbound LLC, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your publication of AI-generated content.
12. Termination
By you
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@contentvoice.ai or using the account deletion feature within the Service (when available). Upon account closure, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. For violations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, unless immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
13. Dispute resolution
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to contact us at info@contentvoice.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
14. General provisions
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Inbound LLC regarding the Service.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You may send notices to info@contentvoice.ai.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, by emailing you at the address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
