How refunds work
Refunds for subscriptions and credit packs are prorated based on usage. If you request a refund, the refund amount is calculated by subtracting the value of credits you have already used from the amount you paid.
Credits are valued at the per-credit rate of the plan or credit pack you purchased.
How the refund amount is calculated
Subscription refunds
Your refund is based on how many of your monthly AI credits you have used during the current billing period.
Per-credit rate = your plan price divided by your plan's monthly credit allocation.

Refund amount = plan price minus (credits used multiplied by per-credit rate).
For example, if you are on the Creator plan and have used 1,500 credits this billing period, the calculation would be: $27.00 minus (1,500 multiplied by $0.0054) = $27.00 minus $8.10 = $18.90 refund.
Credit pack refunds
Credit packs are refunded based on unused credits remaining in the pack.

Refund amount = credits remaining multiplied by per-credit rate.
For example, if you purchased the Growth pack and have 5,000 credits remaining out of the original 7,500, the calculation would be: 5,000 multiplied by $0.0047 = $23.33 refund.
Combined refunds
If you have both an active subscription and one or more credit packs, each is calculated separately and the amounts are combined into a single refund.
Additional terms
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests at our discretion.
Charges made in error will be reviewed at any time regardless of the 30-day window.
