How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get 1,000 AI credits, 2 voice profiles, and 1 user seat to try every tool in the suite. No credit card required to start. When you're ready to keep going, pick a plan from inside the app. Your voice profiles and content history carry over.
What's a credit, and how many do I need?
Credits are consumed per generation across every tool: content drafts, hooks, and topic ideas. A typical short-form post uses a small handful. A long-form article uses more. The Creator plan covers most independent producers shipping weekly newsletters and several social posts. Pro and Agency scale up from there. The 1,000 trial credits are designed to let you build a profile and draft 20 to 40 pieces of content to evaluate fit.
Do credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits roll over for one billing cycle. Purchased credit pack credits stay valid for 365 days from purchase, and they're separate from your subscription credits.
Which credits get used first?
Your monthly subscription credits are consumed first. Purchased credits are used after that, in the order you bought them (oldest first). This protects the longer-life credits for when you actually need them.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades charge the price difference immediately and apply new limits right away. Downgrades prorate the unused portion of the current plan and apply the new lower amount for the remaining days. You'll see the exact dollar amounts before confirming.
How many voice profiles can I create?
Creator includes 2 profiles. Pro includes 5. Agency includes 10. Enterprise is unlimited. Multiple profiles let you write for multiple brands or clients from one account. Useful for consultants, marketers managing more than one brand, and agencies.
Can my agency run client voices on this?
Yes. The Agency plan is designed for it. 10 voice profiles, 5 seats, and shared credits across the team. Many of our customers use ContentVoice.ai as the engine of a productized ghostwriting service, with one profile per client.
Who owns the content I create?
You do. Anything you generate through ContentVoice.ai is yours to use however you want. Commercially, in client work, anywhere. We don't train on your inputs or outputs.
